    まる天うろん(500円)を注文。うどんは讃岐などが本場として有名ですが、実は博多発祥です。博多にある承天寺のお坊さんが中国から製法技法を持ち帰って作ったのが最初とされています。このうどんは少し細めで平べったいためクタクタな印象を受けますが、モチモチとして意外に歯ごたえがあります。出汁もしっかり利いてて美味しいです。博多っこなら一度は食べたことのあるうどん屋だそうで、チェックしておきたいお店です♪
